- General balance training with your eyes closed.
- Location: an even surface with a solid, dry support nearby to catch your balance as needed. Make sure the area is clear of tripping hazards.
- Position: standing in a “somewhat challenging” position, but not unsafe. Adjust your foot position to accomodate this. See video.
- Time: 30 second intervals
- Frequency: 6-9 times, throughout the day.
