A little about us…

My Story:

My name is Alysa Meyer, the founder of Call Don’t Fall Physical Therapy. I have lived in the Denton area since 2001. That’s when I first met my husband, Blake. We have two lovely children, Alyx, 6, and Aiden, 3. I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2006 with a Bachelors in Public Relations/Journalism. After working for some time, I realized that I need a career that helps people. I then discovered physical therapy after a car accident. I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2016 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have practice working with muscle pain, joint pain, pre/post prosthetic training, stroke recovery, spinal cord injury recovery, vertigo treatments, reducing fall risk, dizziness, concusion. I am skilled in vestibular rehab, neurological rehab, Dry Needling, core/posture/pelvic floor retraining, myofascial release, etc. I have worked in the outpatient setting, rehab hospital setting, and acute care hospital setting.
